Why We Built PinnerPress
As full-time Pinterest creators earning significant revenue from our content, we faced a frustrating problem: existing WordPress plugins for Pinterest either hid image "Pin It" buttons on mobile (where most traffic comes from) or provided no meaningful analytics to help us optimize our strategy.
We needed a simple, reliable WordPress plugin that would put Pinterest "Pin It" buttons on all of our images and keep them always visible, especially on mobile devices. More importantly, we needed to understand what was working and what wasn't in our Pinterest image strategy for our posts.
When we couldn't find a solution that met our needs, so we decided to partner up and build it ourselves. PinnerPress includes unique Pinterest analytics that show exactly how well images on each post are performing in terms of "Pin It" button clicks, helping us identify and improve underperforming content and elevate the higher-performing images.
What started as a tool for our own websites has evolved into a comprehensive solution that we're excited to share with fellow Pinterest creators who want to maximize their traffic and revenue.
