• Accept Freemius as the merchant of record for all transactions

• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period

5.4 License Restrictions

• Licenses are non-transferable except in case of business acquisition
• You may not share license keys with third parties
• Each license is tied to specific domains/websites
• Commercial use requires Premium Unlimited license

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Freemius according to their refund policy:

• 30-day money-back guarantee for new purchases
• Refunds must be requested through Freemius support
• Refunds are at Freemius's discretion based on their terms
• Lifetime purchases may have different refund terms

6.2 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription anytime through Freemius
• Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't provide refunds for current period
